Troubleshooting
I'm expecting a letter that hasn't arrived
If a letter isn't in your mailbox, it usually means it hasn't reached your registered office yet. Ask the sender to check they used your company name and your registered office address exactly as it appears on the Companies House register. Post without your company name may not reach your mailbox. If it's still missing, select Need help? and our team will look into it.
I'm not getting notifications
Check your spam or junk folder. We send no more than one notification email in 24 hours, so if several letters arrive close together, one email covers them all. You can't change your notification settings at the moment.
